Process Overview


  1. Submit your CV We don't need a cover letter. Just apply with your CV for one of the preferred open positions here.

  2. Document Screening We’ll review your documents to see if there’s a good fit for the position.

  3. Screening Interview [30 min] If we think there might be a potential fit, one of our team members will schedule a call with you to learn more about your motivation and background.

  4. Hiring Manager Interview [45-60 min] You've impressed us! Next, you'll have a discussion to go a level deeper with one of our team leads about the key topics around the role.

  5. Case Discussion [45-60 min] Our team colleague is excited about you. Now, you’ll meet other core team members for a deep-dive discussion. Depending on the role, we might ask you to take a few hours to prepare for a specific question upfront.

  6. Meet the team [1-2x 30 min] You will get to know one or more people with whom you would be working with over a short video chat.

  7. Let’s Get Started We’re a perfect match! Let's collaborate to create something truly remarkable.

Yes, the majority of our hiring process takes place remotely. For business roles, we try to meet in person for the case interview if the candidate is located in Vienna. However, we always have options to conduct this stage remotely if necessary.

We include behavioral and situational questions in our interviews. We follow the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach to understand your impact and tasks in previous roles.

You do not need to provide references with your initial application. If you progress to the final stages of the hiring process, we may ask for references at that time.
