As you can see, at Flinn we believe in the balance of flexibility and personal connection. We provide the opportunity to work remotely while still fostering strong team bonds in our hubs. Therefore, we currently offer two working models:
1. Hybrid Model 🏠 🏢
👍 Ideal for: Individuals based around Vienna or Berlin who enjoy a mix of remote work and office interactions.
🚫 Nothing for: Individuals who prefer 100% remote work without any personal contact or individuals who prefer 100% personal contact, as communication and documentation are remote-first with team members being spread across two different locations.
This model offers the best of both worlds. You can work from home (the farm or park 😉) while having the option to collaborate in-person at our office. It’s perfect for attending workshops, brainstorming sessions, catching up with colleagues over coffee, and contributing to our vibrant office culture.
2. Home-Office First 🏠
👍 Ideal for: Individuals who prefer working exclusively from home and cannot relocate to one of our hub locations.
🚫 Nothing for: Individuals who have never worked fully remote over a longer period of time.
This model is perfect for those who thrive and have mastered the art of remote work. Whether you have a dedicated workspace or create a cozy nook, you can work from the comfort of your home, with full support from our team.
